NEWS Moratorium on Indonesia Housemaids has been lifted. Employers must obtain NOC from JTK before being allowed to hire Indonesia Housemaid via approved MRA. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you need to hire Indonesia Housemaid. Legally employed Housemaids must update bio-metric records during next work permit renewal. Housemaids from Indonesia can now work in Malaysia. New biodata will be available very soon Compulsory Attendance: Employer and Maid must attend Orientation program conducted at office of Jabatan Tenaga Kerja. Salary of Housemaid starts from date of her arrival in Malaysia. Compulsory Re-Training Program: Each Arriving Housemaid must undergo a 5-Day Re-Training at Agency House, before despatch to Employer. Communication Facility: Housemaid must be allowed to communicate with Agency Staff, at least once per month by Phone or personally. Employers must apply for I-Kad for their Housemaid- at Jabatan Imigresen Putrajaya.Housemaid must be physically present when applying for I-Kad Housemaids should be given one off-day per week as rest day or payment in lieu.
