For Malaysian Employers

   PHOTOCOPIES

  1. NRIC of Husband.
  2. NRIC of Wife.
  3. Marriage Certificate.
  4. Birth Certificates of all children.
Note:- Two sets of these items will be required.

   ORIGINALS

  1. Passport sized color photos of Husband *.
  2. Passport sized color photos of Wife *.
  3. Payslips for latest 2 months - Husband.
  4. Payslips for latest 2 months - Wife.
  5. Letter from Employer to confirm current monthly salary - Husband.
  6. Letter from Employer to confirm current monthly salary - Wife.
  7. Latest Form B / BE from LHDN and proof of payment of Tax due- Husband
  8. Latest Form B / BE from LHDN and proof of payment of Tax due- Wife
  9. Immigration Application Forms - Our Office will provide.
* Note:- Two sets of these items will be required.

   LETTERS REQUIRED

  1. Letter from Employer appointing "Agensi Pekerjaan Speecomaju Sdn Bhd" as Handling Agent.
  2. Letter from Employer to Jabatan Imigresen announcing appointment of "Agensi Pekerjaan Speecomaju Sdn Bhd" as Handling Agent.
  3. Covering Letter from Employer to Jabatan Imigresen requesting permission to employ a Foreign HOUSEMAID.
  4. Letter to Jabatan Imigresen from Non-Muslim Employer intending to hire a Muslim HOUSEMAID.

  1. Quotation for hiring a new Foreign HOUSEMAID.
  2. Quotation for renewal of work permit for year two and thereafter.
  3. Quotation for repartriation of Existing Foreign HOUSEMAID.
  4. Agency Agreement - between Agensi Pekerjaan Speecomaju Sdn Bhd and Employer of HOUSEMAID.
